I love my Arthur Murray studio in St. Augustine for many reasons.

First of all are the excellent teachers. Peter Perzhu is my instructor and he has an amazing way of teaching. Just when you think you've mastered something he introduces you to another level to work on which makes your dancing look so much better. It's all about technique and having fun while learning.

Second: Dancing has made me feel alive and vibrant. What could be better than dancing every night with close friends who love the same thing you do? They are friends for life.

Third: The studio is new, bright and airy with a large dance floor.

Along with the other instructors and Mr. Hussien who runs the studio, it's heaven on earth.

I walked into Arthur Murray St. Augustine dance studio with the simple goal of having some fun while getting a nice workout. I was completely and wonderfully surprised to find world class ballroom/dancesport instructors. After one lesson with Peter Perzhu, I knew I had found a very rare talent. Peter and his wife, Alexandra, are well known competitors in the dancesport arena. They are rising fast through the ranks of American Smooth and American Rhythm competitions. I couldn’t believe that I was able to take lessons with such accomplished teachers and dancers right here in little ol’ St. Augustine, Florida. Peter and Alexandra are experts in teaching complete beginners to advanced ballroom dancers. They make lessons fun while teaching excellent technique. No matter what your goal in dancing is, they will make you look fabulous while you achieve your goal. My personal goal is to compete and win at dancesport competitions and Peter has helped me realize that goal several times over. I hope to have many more years of the sheer joy and accomplishment that has come from being part of Arthur Murray St. Augustine.

If you never had an experience where you had the most exciting time, met the most beautiful talented people, ate the best food and came home in the best shape of your life, then you never have been to the Virginia State Dancesport Championships in Reston, Virginia with St. Augustine Arthur Murray. It is an extraordinary exhilarating opportunity. Its "Dance with the Stars" and be one too. I thought that this would be a once in a lifetime event for me and yet here I am returning to Reston for the second time with renewed fervor. Yes there really is a Fountain of Youth in St.Augustine, but its here at the Arthur Murray Dance Studio where dancing defies time!
